The 1m x 1m standard FRP panels are designed using Sheet Moulding Compound "SMC" materials and tested to withstand in excess of six times the intended working pressures and are thus compliant with national and international standards, worldwide.

SMC consists of resins, glass fibres, catalysts and fillers, moulded under heat & pressure for the desired profile & thickness.




The high quality machinery and moulds provide panels with uniform thickness for strength and smooth surface finish for the prevention of algae growth and ease of cleaning.




The FRP material used in the manufacture of panels is approved by WRC in respect of effect on water quality standard BS 6920 water bylaws schedule. In addition, the sealant used is also approved for use with portable water.




The FRP panels are UV stabilised and opaque with no light transmission through the panel.
